Calling all Trivia Masters!
Café Roux has opened their doors yet again for another incredible VWS Quiz Night in benefit of the Southern Peninsula Station. This event is a community favourite, where teams of friends and family compete in a friendly atmosphere over delicious food and drink. First, second and third place teams all get a prize! Raffle prizes and auctions will take place throughout the evening, so keep an eye out for some incredible items! Doors open at 6pm, quiz starts at 7pm.
The VWS is a non-profit (NPO) wildland firefighting group that has actively fought fires in the Western Cape for 23 years. Our members come from all walks of life who are passionate about fighting fire and keeping the community safe. All firefighters donate their free time to this cause. The proceeds of such fund raising events go towards: member uniforms, firefighting equipment, vehicle maintenance and running costs, and much more! Your participation, and proceeds from the raffles and auctions go towards our goal of raising R80 000!
