The Rivertones were formed in Cape Town 2006 by founder member, Roland who made his stage debut at 12. Roland has performed in 15 countries for crowds of 75000 with the likes of ”The Wailers” (Bob Marley’s band) and founder Bunny Wailer in Re-Union Island in 2009.

Jammin’ Bob Marley tunes and original roots, skankin’ reggae, the Rivertones have performed at Cape Fest, Obs Fest, Whale Fest, Bastille Fest, Un-Corked Wine Fest, Billabong Pro World Surfing Competition, Cape town Festival of Beer, Bay Hotel, Raddison Hotel, Round House, The Grand, Mojo Spier, Brass Bell, HQ Heritage Square and many more. Private functions for Goverment, You and Elle Mags and major corporate companies.
