Wren Hinds band

This winter, Wren Hinds and his band will bring their celebrated show to the intimate Café Roux on July 30th. Known for his evocative songwriting and cinematic folk sound, Wren returns with his full band to perform songs from his critically acclaimed fourth album, alongside earlier favourites and new material.

Audiences can look forward to a performance filled with heartfelt storytelling and intricate arrangements, resonating with a unique South African perspective that is both timeless and contemporary.

Signed to the iconic UK based Bella Union label—home to some of the most treasured names in indie and alternative music, including Fleet Foxes, The Flaming Lips, Beach House, and Father John Misty— Wren Hinds’ emotive performances have unveiled the artist as one of South Africa’s emerging voices.

Opening the night is rising singer-songwriter Maya Grey, whose haunting melodies and stripped-down sincerity will set the perfect tone for an unforgettable winter’s night.:

In fact, any seats booked under the same email address we will assume are together and arrange seating at one table.
