Jazz and All That!
Jazz and All That is a comedy cabaret with song and dance. It comprises pop songs, jazz and musical theatre!

Debby is a dancer, actress, singer & comedienne. She did a PG Diploma in Acting & Musical Theatre at The Royal Central School of Speech & Drama in London. Productions include: “Into the Woods,” “To Die For,” “Hello Goodbye,” “Hansel & Gretel,” “Little Red Riding Hood,” “Kyknet Fiestas” (Delores from Kalahari), “Debby Does,” “A Taste of Bette Midler” ”Rockville” (Artscape) and Stand-up comedy circuit.
Matthew Reid is a clarinetist, saxophonist and pianist. He studied clarinet performance at UCT and Royal College of Music. He won the SASOL Music Prize and the Oude Meester Wind Prize for instrumentalists in 1986 and played as a cadet in the CAPAB orchestra for two years as bass clarinettist. He was the musical director for Cape Town’s popular annual Yiddish Song Festival in the Baxter Theatre for eleven consecutive years, and founded Playing with Fire in the year 2000, a business which provides musicians for functions. He runs a Balkan band, a Klezmer Gypsy band, a French quartet and a jazz trio. A recitalist and free-lance musician, he has arranged and directed the music for several shows at festivals in the country. As a recitalist he won a Kanna award with pianist Pieter van Zyl at the KKNK for his classical music. Matthew arranged the music and played in Aviva Pelham’s production of Santa’s Story, which has given performances all over the world. He runs the Christ Church Concerts series in Constantia which he started six years ago, providing platforms for local and visiting musicians at monthly concerts.
Zoë Modlinne is a talented dancer, singer and actress. She played the lead role of Matilda in Matilda the Musical which toured Asia. She had performed in many ither musicals concerts as a solo performer.
