About Our New Venue

 David Bowie

In November 2016, cafe Roux expanded their much-loved live music offering from Noordhoek into the heart of Cape Town - opening a second venue in the prime location of Shortmarket Street. The “sexy little sister” branch is co-owned and operated by Paul & Lindi’s cousin, Vanessa Bisschop-Louw, and her husband Michael.

Every week, cafe Roux hosts top SA artists and up & coming talent in a uniquely intimate setting. This 100-seater space allows for the audience & the performers to have an up-close & personal experience.

The newly renovated space can be described as eclectic cool meets urban chic with a tiered seating plan of comfortable booth seating on raised platforms, leather bar stools and bench seating offering patrons the best viewing options.

Head to www.caferouxsessions.co.za to see the exciting lineup & get more info on our live music events.
